Artwork Must:
​• Be exhibited by the artist themselves or their representative.
• All work and storage confined within the allotted exhibitor space.
• Professionally and aesthetically displayed.
• Booth must be accompanied by at least one adult (18 years or older) at all times.
​• Festival organizer or sponsors will not be liable for any damaged, lost or stolen merchandise.

All applications, application fees, photos, and future payments upon acceptance to the show are taken via email or in person at Frames USA. You will be notified directly by us via email regarding your acceptance, wait list, or non acceptance status. Under The Sun Art & Music Festival

 
Artist/Vendor Booths: Please note: 
Spaces 10’ X 10’. Exhibitor must provide chairs and any other display equipment for their booths.

• Set-up starts at 6:30 AM morning.
• Breakdown must be completed by 6:30 PM.
• All trash and debris must be removed from your space by 7 PM. You will be charged a garbage removal fee of $200 if there is any trash left in your space.
​​• Cars are only allowed in the confines of the festival at set-up and clean-up times.
